Investigation of Thermophysical Properties of Polyester Composites Produced with Synthesized MSG and Nano-Alumina

In this study, synthesis of a new compound, 4-[(E)-(5-Bromo-2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene) amino]-N carbamimidoylbenzenesulfonamide (MSG) has been carried out. The structures MSG are characterized using spectroscopic methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). experimental studies, synthesized reinforced with 1 wt.% 2 unsaturated polyesters. Besides, alumina nanoparticles, 1.5 methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP), 0.5 cobalt octoate (Co Oc) were used to produce polyester composites. Although nanoparticles increased the density produced composite, supplementation decreased it. While nano-alumina raised Shore D hardness went down Both reinforcement have porosity in surface morphology composite. Also, activation energy composite other words, since filler raises energy, thermal stability gone up.
